All rates are per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 15, 2027 to July 24, 2028 and include furnishings, Internet, lawn service, trash disposal and community amenities. Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1^st or 15^th of the month, or next business day if the 1^st or 15^th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15^th of a month.
